Information Summary
Since the introduction in 1996 until May 2007, the Mazda2 has been produced in Japan as many as 1.040.000 units. This sales number and makes Mazda2 as the most ever sold Mazda of all time. Mazda2 sales in Indonesia are carried out since November 2009 also noted the satisfactory achievement. Of the 400 units allocated to Indonesia, 300 units were sold in four days after launch.
Mazda2 carried MZR 1.5-liter engine, fri-line-four-cylinder, DOHC 16 valve. This vehicle is claimed fuel efficient, with a ratio of 1 liter to 15.6 Km distance. Mazda2 was launched in four types with the selling price (on the road in Jakarta) starting from Rp. 175 million to 200 million per unit.
