Information Summary
Toyota Land Cruiser is famous for its toughness on the harsh field, but since the 1990s also made the luxury models that became the basis of the Lexus LX.
Since the 1980s, in general there are 2 kinds of different big Land Cruiser Station Wagon, and the smaller workers model called the Land Cruiser II, which in Japan is called the Prado.
However, beginning in 1996 it become 3 different kinds because Prado became a separate model, and the Land Cruiser 70 Series remained in production as workers car. Prado later became the basis for the Lexus GX.
In 2007, prototypes of next-generation Land Cruiser has been tested in Oman. In 2007, has launched the Lexus LX570, a luxury version of the latest generation Land Cruiser. For the international market, launching the Land Cruiser 200 Series in the car show in Australia in late 2007, and also sold in the United States for the 2008 year model.
